Refund policy

• All Sales Are Final: Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the product was ordered in error. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of your purchase.

• Defective Products: Returns are accepted only for defective products. All garments are thoroughly inspected by HYO-ISAK prior to dispatch.

• Restocking Fee: If the returned product is found to be free of defects, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Return Authorisation: All returns must be authorised by HYO-ISAK. To request a return, please complete our contact form. We aim to respond within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Once authorised, please send the goods to the provided address.
